K.A.I.R is a service apartment company founded in 2023 by four siblings and their father. All of the founders have a multinational background hailing from both Europe and Africa. This grants us a unique multicontinental perspective, from which we aim to provide high quality apartment services on an international standard in Nigeria.

At K.A.I.R our mission is to provide a luxurious experience unlike any other in Nigeria. We strive to astonish our customers through our high quality service and extra comfort at an international standard, showing the world that Nigeria is a beautiful place to stay. In doing so we hope to be a beacon of positive change for Nigeria and its position on the world stage, inspiring fellow Nigerians to follow in our footsteps.

Consequently we can analyze the pros and cons of both places creating a new multicontinental approach. As a result we know how to emulate luxurious European traditions in Nigeria while being sensitive to local Nigerian practices and needs.
